I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, and a former professional dancer. I specialize in nutrition for dancers and performing artists, the prevention and treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating, and a non-diet approach to improving health and well-being. I love helping my clients develop nourishing and peaceful relationships with food and their body. And I’m passionate about working with dance schools, companies, parents, and providers to help make the dance world a healthier and safer place for dancers.
