She offers a variety of specialized workshops, trainings, and consulting services designed to address the needs of dancers as well as anyone who trains, cares for, or works with them.

This workshop provides essential training for dance educators, staff, parents, and health professionals and is led by Monika or co-led by Monika and a dance psychotherapist (both of whom are eating disorder specialists). Topics include:
  • Why dancers are at higher risk for developing eating disorders
  • We all play a role: Shifting modifiable risk factors
  • The importance of language: How to talk about food, weight, and bodies
